It is located in Vizianagaram, in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. It is named after Ratna Kumari, who was the initiator of the orphanage, but sadly she passed in 2017 before seeing the completion of the home. Her desire was to help as many poor and needy children as possible and to give them an opportunity to thrive in this world.
There will be 10 boys that will start at the Orphanage. They come from a variety of backgrounds, but most have lost a parent, and cannot be looked after at home. Due to no fault of their own their basic human needs are not being met and the home is situated to give them hope of a brighter future.
Volunteers
To complete the building projects, feed the boys, provide schooling, provide clothing, provide medical, cost of staff to run the home, etc.
Every donation we receive is divided evenly based upon the requirements and priority.
